"Not as stretchy as I expected"
I bought these thinking they’d be good for moving around, but they feel stiff whenever I bend down or squat. They’re not really comfortable enough for everyday wear, especially for the price. I expected a lot more stretch. I’m also not totally sure what the next step is here, like whether I should try to return them or if there’s some kind of exchange option, which is a bit frustrating.

"Comfy enough for everyday wearing"
These jeans are comfy for daily wear, I’ve been reaching for them a lot. The waist, though, I kind of wish had a little more stretch to it.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered a pair from DUER and the fit was okay, but umm, the color really wasn’t what I thought I was getting. In the photos it looked like a deep olive, but in person it was more like a faded grey-green.

I know colors can look different depending on the screen, but this felt far off to me. For the price, I was hoping it would match the pictures a bit better, so I probably wouldn’t order another color online.

"Was Excited, Then Kinda Disappointed"
I stopped in thinking I’d quickly grab the stuff I needed, and at first I was like, okay, this should be easy. But nope, a lot of what I wanted wasn’t in stock, so that got frustrating fast. Not much to choose from today.

"Sizing seems accurate"
It fits really well and the sizing was spot on. I’m not totally sure how the quality will hold up over time, but so far it feels okay.

"Looked comfy, but way too hot"
I bought these because they looked like they’d be super comfortable, especially compared to some of my other everyday pants. But after just a short walk, my legs felt really hot and kind of sticky, which was disappointing.
I’m not sure if it’s the fabric or the way they fit, but they barely seem to let any air through. For the price, I expected them to perform a lot better than cheaper pairs I already own, so I definitely won’t be wearing these in warm weather again.

"Felt a bit lost using the site"
The site just felt kind of messy to me. The design is bland, and I had a hard time figuring out where to go or what to click next. It left me feeling a little in the dark while browsing.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered from DUER and was actually happy with how fast everything showed up. I got the tracking info after about a day, and the package arrived in good condition. It definitely wasn’t next-day delivery or anything, but for a regular order, it felt quick. The only thing I’d improve is the shipping updates, since they could’ve been a little clearer. Still, overall I felt satisfied with the experience and didn’t really have any major complaints.

The support team was really helpful and got my issue sorted out. It did take a little longer than I expected, but they were clear, friendly, and I felt confident they knew what they were doing.

"Am I the only one who expected better fabric?"
Am I the only one who thought the fabric would feel a bit nicer? It looked really good online, but in person it feels kind of thin and a little rough. It’s not terrible or anything, just not quite what I was expecting for the price.

I tried shopping on shopduer.com, but the whole site felt kind of slow and clunky to me. The filters didn’t really behave the way I thought they would, and a few pages seemed to take longer than they should to load. Checkout also felt a bit confusing, at least from what I could tell. I’m sure I would’ve bought something if the experience had been smoother, but I ended up giving up before placing an order.

"Didn’t feel worth the price"
I ordered from shopduer.com because I figured the higher price meant it would probably be a nicer-quality item, but once it arrived, I didn’t see it. It felt average to me, almost like they were counting on the price making people assume it was more premium than it actually is.

After adding shipping and everything, it just felt even harder to justify. I’ve bought cheaper stuff elsewhere that felt about the same, so I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices came way down.

"Washed them a bunch and they’re somehow still fine"
I’ve washed my DUER pants quite a few times now, and I’m a little confused in a good way because they still fit just like they did when I got them. No weird shrinking, no fading that I can tell, nothing strange. I just follow the care tag and hang dry them, and that’s been it. Super easy to deal with, which I definitely appreciate.

"Good product, but the return process was frustrating"
I liked the item overall and the quality seemed fine, but trying to exchange it was way more of a hassle than I expected. The return took a long time, and I had to follow up more than I’d like. I’d consider buying again, but I really hope they make the exchange process smoother

"Good jeans, but the eco angle feels a bit thin"
The jeans themselves are fine and fit well, so no real complaints there. I just wish the sustainability details were a little more transparent. For the price, I was expecting more than a few broad claims, especially when that seems to be part of what you’re paying for...
